By creating an account with trèStiQue, you will get a more customized experience. Having an account also makes it easy to keep track of past orders, save time on the checkout process, and quickly reorder your favorite products. It also allows you to take advantage of our easy returns portal, and stores credits to your account so they can automatically be applied to your future orders if you ever forget the unique credit code.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

No! You can always check out as a guest if you prefer. (But please remember we will not be able to locate your past purchases, tracking information, or process your returns if there is no customer account attached to the order).

IS IT SAFE TO SAVE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?

Yes! All payment information is securely stored through encryption, offering you a huge time saver for your next order. Saving payment information is not required.

We believe in high performance makeup and offering you a unique delivery system that combines the tools you need with the formulas you love. Why? Because you get better color, smoother application and longer lasting results. We infuse our products with natural plant-based ingredients, like coconut oil, when possible, so we know you will love them! All of our formulas are paraben and synthetic fragrance free as well as cruelty-free certified by PETA. Where possible, we are vegan and gluten-free as well (please refer to each product page for additional information). Most importantly our products are never tested on animals and everything is made with love. HOW CAN I TRY YOUR PRODUCTS?

Take your Essential 8 set for a 30 day test drive with our ‘Try Before You Buy service. If you love it, it's all yours to keep (you just pay for the set.) If you find it's not for you for whatever reason, you can return within 30 days, hassle free, and won't be charged, with the exception of the non-refundable initial $10.

HOW DO I APPLY YOUR PRODUCTS?

Easy! Our products are fool-proof and blendable so there's no such thing as messing up. Each product page on our site also offers quick tips + videos to help you get familiar with how to use our products. HOW DO I FIND MY SHADES?

We wanted to make selecting shades super easy for you so we offer a Selfie Shade Match option on our website. All you have to do is go to "Selfie Shade Match" on our homepage, send us a selfie, and we'll help you choose your perfect shades! We will respond within 48 hours with a product and shade recommendation customized for you.
