As soon as you place your order, a pending authorization can be seen on your card. The authorization is captured when your order is processed.

We accept all major debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express along with payments from international Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept forms of electronic payment such as Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All international orders will be charged in U.S. dollars so please be aware that additional foreign transaction fees may be applied by your international bank.
MY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
There are a few reasons your payment might not go through. Please double check the following:
- Does your billing info (such as billing address + zip code, security code, expiration) match what’s been entered on the checkout page?
- Insufficient funds

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX FOR MY PURCHASE?
trèStiQue charges sales tax on all orders being shipped to addresses in New York, New Jersey State, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
WHAT IS YOUR PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY?
Forgot to use your promo code? We’d be happy to assist and adjust your order accordingly if you contact us immediately following. Promo codes are not valid retroactively (not valid on prior purchases), however we understand that mistakes can happen. If you place your order and simply forgot to enter a promo code during the checkout process, please contact customer service right away to bring it to our attention. Requests must be received within 3 hours of successful order completion. After that time it can be considered as a request on a 'prior purchase' which means the code is no longer valid.
Our site only allows 1 promo code per order. We do not accept promo codes on our Try Before You Buy program purchases.
