Where Does Trèstique Ship?

We currently ship to the United States [including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Military Addresses] + Canada. Due to Covid-19, we temporarily have paused shipping internationally to Japan, Germany, United Kingdom, New Zealand, China, Italy and Australia; additional countries coming soon. We also offer a variety of [expedited] shipping methods.

What Kinds Of Shipping Do You Offer?

For all orders, your trèStiQue products will be shipped after processing which takes 1-2 business days after your order date. We offer the below shipping methods.Due to reduced staff in our fulfillment centers, you may experience a 24-48 hour delay on the upfront fulfillment of your order. Please be assured that we're hard at work getting your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible.

Domestic U.S. Orders:

  • Standard Shipping (Fedex Smartpost): will arrive 4-10 business days after your order has been shipped.
  • Orders less than $49 have a flat charge of $6.95.
  • Orders $49+ ship free of charge.
  • For orders shipping to U.S. territories (ie Alaska and Hawaii), we offer a $16 flat rate.
  • For FedEx Ground/Home Shipping: Package will arrive 1-5 business days after your order has been shipped.
  • Orders less than $49 have a flat charge of $8.
  • Orders $49+ can upgrade to this shipping method for $3.50.
  • Expedited 2-Day Shipping (FedEx): $14 ** Please note this service is not applicable for PO Box addresses

International Orders:
    **Please note due Covid-19 we are temporarily not shipping internationally, with the exception of Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • International Shipping (via DHL Parcel Direct) is offered for a flat rate of:
  • $10 to Canada, China, Germany and New Zealand.
  • $15 to Australia, Italy, and Japan.
  • $22 to the United Kingdom
PLEASE NOTE: International packages are subject to clearance and duty fees to be paid upon receipt of your shipment (these vary by country) and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery due to country-specific customs regulations. The DHL tracking will update once scanned into the destination country.

When Will My Order Ship?

If an order is placed before 8:00 AM EST it will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders submitted after 8:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped out the next day.

Please keep in mind that if you order after 8:00 AM EST, it can add one day to your shipping time.

Our shipment center is closed on Saturday and Sunday and U.S. national holidays. Any orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed & shipped out the following Monday.

Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number.

**Due to Covid-19 and safety protocols at this time, please allow for a 24-48 hour delay, but we are working to do our best to have your orders shipped out promptly! We appreciate your understanding and patience.

How Can I Track My Order?

You should receive tracking information via the email address you provided once your order has been processed and ready to be shipped. If you don’t receive an email, you can login to your account to access more information or contact us via hello@trestique.com or via phone at +1 929-299-0865.

I’m Having Trouble With My Order, Who Can I Talk To About This?

What Are The Taxes And Duties For International Orders?

Taxes and duties may be applied depending on the rates charged by your country. Those taxes and duties are not collected by trèStiQue and therefore, when applicable, will be collected from you when you receive your order. You can check your specific tax and duty rates here.

How Can I Start An Exchange Or Return?

We accept FREE exchanges + returns 30 days from the date of purchase. Please visit our returns portal and submit your 5-digit order confirmation number + email to initiate your request. Simply select the items you wish to return or exchange, add the reasoning, and finally choose if you would like to receive store credit or your refund in the form of the original payment method.

**We do not offer returns for international orders at this time.

If you need to exchange more than once, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipping after the first time complimentary return label.

What Is Your Return Policy?

You have 30 days from your date of purchase to initiate a return request.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

If your order included an GWP, you much return the gift with purchase in the package along with the items you are retuning in order or be eligible for your requested refund.

Sales items are all final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please allow up to 21 business days for processing your return request once we have received your package.

Where Should I Drop Off My Exchange/Returned Items?

Once you receive your pre-paid shipping label, simply apply it on the box you wish to send the products back to us in, and drop your package off at any USPS post office OR FedEx location. No waiting in line or additional postage necessary!

Can I Do A Partial Return For Routines?

Yes! If you purchased a routine and love some items but not all, not to worry! You can do a partial return for a partial refund. If you did Try Before You Buy, we will adjust the payment so that you are only charged on the 30th day for the items you decided to keep!

When Can I Expect My Refund?

Please allow up to 21 business days for our team to process your exchanges/return request upon receiving the returned items.

I Made A Mistake! How I Can I Cancel My Order?

Order processing usually occurs within 24 hours and fulfillment time may vary depending on when the order is placed. Therefore, we are unable to automatically cancel orders after they have been placed. Once you have received your order, you may initiate the return process by contacting us at hello@trestique.com to discuss specific questions or concerns.

Can I Return Items Bought On Sale?

All items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
