We are currently experiencing high order volume and would like to let you know that there may be a delay to your order delivery. Please be assured that we're hard at work getting your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible. Due to reduced staff in our fulfillment centers, you may experience a 24-48 hour delay on the upfront fulfillment of your order. We will try to process all orders as timely as possible. If an order is placed before 8:00 AM EST it will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders submitted after 8:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped out the next day.
Please keep in mind that if you order after 8:00 AM EST, it can add one day to your shipping time.
Our shipment center is closed on Saturday and Sunday and U.S. national holidays. Any orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed & shipped out the following Monday. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number.

HOW CAN I START AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
We accept exchanges + returns 60 days from the date of purchase. Please enter your 5-digit order confirmation number + email address in our Returns Portal and we will send you a confirmation email once your request has been received. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders at this time.
We only offer complimentary exchanges once per item in your order. You will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipping after the first time request.
WHERE SHOULD I DROP OFF MY EXCHANGE/RETURNED ITEMS?
Once you receive your pre-paid shipping label, please securely apply it on the box you wish to send the products back to us in, and drop your package off at any USPS post office OR FedEx location. No waiting in line or additional postage necessary!
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
We aim to process exchanges/returns within 10-14 business days of receiving the returned items.
WHERE DOES TRÈSTIQUE SHIP?
We currently ship to the United States [including Alaska and Hawaii] + Canada.
We also offer a variety of [expedited] shipping methods.
Due to Covid-19, we temporarily are not shipping internationally to France, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, and Australia; additional countries coming soon.
WHAT KINDS OF SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER?
For all orders, your trèStiQue products will be shipped after processing which takes 1-2 business days after the date the order is placed. We offer the below shipping methods.
Domestic U.S. Orders:
- Standard Shipping (FedEx Smartpost) will arrive 4-10 business days after your order has been shipped. **Expect delays during this time
- For domestic order less than $49, shipping is a flat rate of $6.95.
- For domestic orders $49+, shipping is FREE
- For orders shipping to U.S. territories (ie Alaska and Hawaii), we offer a $10 flat rate.
- FedEx Ground/Home will arrive 1-5 business days after your has been shipped. **Potential delays during this time
- For domestic order less than $49, shipping is a flat rate of $8.
- For domestic orders $49+, upgrading to this shipping is $3.50.
- Expedited FEDEX 2-Day will arrive 2 business days after your order has be shipped.
International Shipping (via DHL Express) is offered for a flat rate of $10 to Canada and $14 to France, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders over $150 ship free of charge.
**Please note, due to Covid-19 we are are temporarily not shipping internationally, with the exception of Canada.
PLEASE NOTE: International packages are subject to clearance and duty fees to be paid upon receipt of your shipment (these vary by country) and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery due to country-specific customs regulations. The DHL tracking will update once scanned into the destination country.
WHAT ARE THE TAXES AND DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Taxes and duties may be applied depending on the rates charged by your country. Those taxes and duties are not collected by trèStiQue and therefore, when applicable, will be collected from you when you receive your order. You can check your specific tax and duty rates here.
