Yes, our products are formulated to work for all skin types.

We believe in high performance makeup and offering you a unique delivery system that combines the tools you need with the formulas you love. Why? Because you get better color, smoother application and longer lasting results. We infuse our products with natural plant-based ingredients, like coconut oil, when possible, so we know you will love them!

We do not! Our products are cruelty-free + vegan. Yes! And we are PETA-certified (leaping bunny).

Yes! All of our products are vegan.

You can refill your Forever Case (or original navy blue packaging) with formulas and/or tools as needed. This way you save time, money and the planet! Just snap out the old refill cartridges (in cream color packaging), recycle them and then pop in your new cartridge as needed.

Our refill cartridges will not fit in our original (or past) packaging. Our complete line was redesigned to be more sustainable as well as recyclable, and unfortunately magnetic caps cannot be recycled! All new products are made with either post-consumer or post-industrial recycled materials allowing you to keep the case forever and refill the color cartridges endlessly.

At trestique, performance and safety are our top priorities. We are committed to health and safety standards that go way beyond the US and surpass the high bar of the EU guidelines—eliminating harmful ingredients including parabens, phthalates, sulfates, PEGs, BHA, Gluten, fragrance, mineral oil, formaldehyde, triclosan/tricarbon, among many other things (and we’re not including things you can paint your house with). PETA-Certified, Cruelty-Free, Vegan.

Yes! We reformulated our Foundation Stick to have more coverage and active, skin-loving ingredients and a carrot complex known to protect against the harmful damages of blue light. Check it out here. We also reformulated our Matte Lip Crayons to be fully vegan. All of our other product formulas have stayed the same!

We don’t test on animals! Our products are cruelty-free + vegan. We are PETA-certified (leaping bunny).

Sustainability

We strive to be as sustainable as possible with the products we create. All of our product packaging is made from either post-consumer or post-industrial recycled plastic at different levels. On average, our products use 86% recycled materials in the packaging. Not only that, but every product we offer is refillable and empty refill cartridges can be recycled through PACT. Our products are also carbon neutral - we offset the carbon emissions involved in creating and shipping each product. See our promo page

Yes! Every product we offer is refillable, which means you can keep your Forever Case (or original navy blue packaging) and refill your formulas and/or tools as needed. This way you save time, money and the planet! Just snap out the old refill cartridges (in cream color packaging), recycle them and then pop in your new cartridge as needed.

Our new line of products is designed to have as minimal of an impact on the environment as possible. Now that all products are refillable, you never have to toss old packaging in the trash. When you run out, just refill—forever and ever. We are committed to reducing consumption, waste and the use of single-use plastics in our industry.

Our products are carbon neutral, which means we have analyzed the amount of carbon emitted during the manufacturing process of each of our products. With this information, we've then partnered with Carbonfund.org to offset those carbon emissions. We also offset the emissions involved in shipping the product to you.

All of our products are made from either post-consumer or post-industrial recycled plastic or aluminum. This means we take plastic either used by consumers or at industrial factories and re-purpose it to create our packaging. The Forever Case is made from 100% post-industrial recycled aluminum (except for the Brow Pencil, which is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic for the Forever Case). PACT is a collective we have partnered with in order to recycle your old products and refills. Plastic that is smaller than a yogurt cup can't be recycled in a regular recycling facility and has to be sent to a particular place in order to be recycled. Auto-refill

Auto-refill allows you to receive your trestique refills automatically, so you never have to worry about running out of your favorite products. Better for your wallet and for the planet.

Auto-refill earns you 10% off on your subscription items (including your first order and all future refills). You'll also save 25% when you purchase a refill cartridge vs. the full size product.

Easy! Select the auto-replenishment option on the product page of your choice. Then, schedule how often you'd like to receive your refills. You can choose 4, 6, 8 or 12 week intervals. Learn more here.

Yes! To pause your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account.

1. Login to your customer portal. If you do not have an account or are unsure if you have one, you can email hello@trestique.comfor assistance.

2. Click Subscriptions and Edit

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription

4. On the "Would you like to pause instead?" pop-up, select the amount of time you would like to pause your subscription. 

5. Take note of the next shipment date, which will reflect the pause duration. 

6. Click Pause Subscription


There is no unpause button in the customer portal. If you would like to reactivate your subscription before the next shipment date, locate the paused subscription on the Subscriptions page of the customer portal and click Order now.

You may only apply one promo code per order. Depending on the rules of the promo code received, some may only be applied to orders of a certain minimum total.

Promo codes, sales, and gifts with purchases cannot be applied retroactively.

Yes, if you choose to expedite your order please select your preferred shipment method at checkout. Please note that our fulfillment center is closed on Saturday and Sunday and U.S. national holidays. Any orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed & shipped out the following Monday.

To minimize the amount of waste produced, we do not offer gift wrap.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your inbox. You can also sign into your trestique account or contact our team at hello@trestique.com.

Our warehouse is following CDC guidelines and practicing protocols such as social distancing, wearing masks, doing daily temperature checks and sanitizing the facility.

Rewards

Easy! All you have to do is sign up for a customer account, and you will automatically unlock your exclusive access to our Rewards and Referral Program. Then, the store credit you earn can be used towards future orders. By creating an account with trestique, you will get a more customized experience. Having an account also makes it easy to keep track of past orders, save time on the checkout process and quickly reorder your favorite products. Start earning rewards by clicking here.

Once you log in, you will earn 5% store credit back on your first order and on all orders placed there after. Once your lifetime spend is $250, you’ll earn 10% of your order total back in store credit for all orders placed there after. Once your lifetime spend is $900, you’ll earn 15% of your order total back in store credit back for all orders placed there after.

Give your friends 15% off their order, and once their purchase is complete, you'll get $15 store credit in your account. You can refer a friend by accessing our rewards page here.

There are a few ways to find out what your store credit balance is, whether you received it through a return, gift card or our Rewards and Referral Program. The first step is to sign into your customer account. You can then view your store credit balance on your "Account Details" page or via our quick apply feature on the checkout page. To find out your e-gift card balance, you can access it here.

Yes, your store credit expires depending on the tier you have reached.
Tier 1 - expires after 3 months.
Tier 2 - expires after 6 months.
Tier 3 - never expires.

You will receive an email each time you have earned store credit as it is dependent on the tier you have reached in our program as well as your order total. The store credit will be added to your existing balance which can be seen on your "Account Details" page when you log in.

Yes! Just sign in to your account, click the "Store Credit" button, and a pop-up will open where you can enter your Gift Card Code. This total will be added to your pre-existing store credit.

No, rewards cannot be applied to past purchases prior to signing up for our Rewards and Referral program.

Yes! All payment information is securely stored through encryption, offering you a huge time saver for your next order. Saving payment information is not required.

Payments + refunds

We accept all major debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express along with payments from international Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept forms of electronic payment such as Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All international orders will be charged in U.S. dollars so please be aware that additional foreign transaction fees may be applied by your international bank.

We also offer interest-free payments in installments using Afterpay. Just select one of these options at checkout.

There are a few reasons your payment might not go through. Please double check the following:
1. Does your billing info (such as billing address + zip code, security code, expiration) match what’s been entered on the checkout page?
2. Insufficient funds: Please contact us at hello@trestique.com for additional assistance.

Please allow up to 21 business days for processing your request once we have received your returned package.

We offer e-gift cards for you or a loved one. You can purchase one here. Simply enter the gift amount, recipient’s name, a greeting and desired send date.

If you are the recipient of trestique e-gift card, simply enter the gift card code at checkout.

International shipping

At trestique, we believe sustainable products and clean formulas should be available for all. For a complete list of countries that we ship to, please see the dropdown menu at checkout!

Flavorcloud is our trusted third-party partner and they ensure all international orders are handled with care. They have numerous partners around the world that handle our packages to assure they are delivered safely and efficiently.

To place an international order, you can process your payment using PayPal or international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

trestique offers both Express and Standard shipping on most international routes, and at checkout you can choose which one you prefer. For a few selected remote areas only Express or Standard shipping may be available, but that is the exception. Together with our international shipping partner we will find the lowest shipping rate for you so that you pay as little as possible in shipping fees for your order while ensuring your order will be delivered to you by a high-quality, reliable carrier.

The cost for shipping your order depends on your location, the size of your order, and the service level you choose for shipping (Express vs. Standard). Our commitment to you is that we are 100% transparent with all international shipping costs, both in terms of shipping rates as well Landed Costs (i.e., duties and taxes/fees). There will be no hidden cost for you.

trestique provides you a tracking number and link when we your order is being fulfilled which typically happens within 24 hours after you place your order. For orders placed over the weekend or during holidays it may take a bit longer. You can track the status of your order through this tracking number and link where updates are posted as your parcel is in transit and ultimately delivered to you.

The delivery time varies depending on the route/destination. Typically, it takes between 2-5 business days for Express shipments to arrive. Standard shipments usually take between 6-14 business days. Note, these time ranges do not include any delivery delays due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or COVID-19.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. If a product arrives in poor conditions, please be sure to contact our team at hello@trestique.com and we can assist you immediately.

Typically, you pay duties and taxes at checkout when you place your order. This way you not only see the total cost upfront before placing the order, but you also won’t have to pay again when the parcel is delivered to you.

In a few instances, we may ask you to pay duties and taxes when the order is delivered to you at delivery because of a destination country requirement or it was not collected at the time of checkout.t.

First, we want to let you know that most shipments make it through customs without any delays. That said, from time-to-time customs authorities review a shipment and may ask for additional information before the customs authorities clear the shipment for final delivery.

If we need additional information from you to get your shipment cleared by customs, we will reach out to you.

Reviews by customs authorities can take as little as a few hours, but occasionally can last much longer.
