Overview

We are currently experiencing high order volume and would like to let you know that there may be a delay to your order delivery. Please be assured that our team is hard at work getting your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible. We will try to process all orders as timely as possible. Please email us at hello@trestique.com if you need help tracking your order or if you have any questions about our products. We are always available to help you and will reply within 24 hours.

    What is your return & exchange policy?

    You have 30 days from date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request, but please note:

    1. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. 
    2. We offer risk-free returns and exchanges. Don't worry about your first return or exchange, it’s on us.
    3. If your order included a free item, please return the item in the package along with your other returned items to be eligible for your refund.
    4. Sales items are all final sale and not eligible for a refund.
    5. Return/exchange items must be sent back within 14 days from the date the request was initiated.

    How can I start an exchange or return?

    Please enter your 5-digit purchase order number + email address in our Returns Portal and we will send you a confirmation email once your request has been received.

    **Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. These orders are final sale.

    We only offer complimentary exchanges once per item in your order. You will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipping after the first time request.

    Where should I drop off my returned/exchanged items?

    Once you receive your pre-paid shipping label via email, please securely apply it on the box you wish to send the products back to us in, and drop your package off at any USPS post office location. No waiting in line or additional postage necessary!

    When can I expect my refund?

    Please allow up to 21 business days for processing your return/exchange request once we have received your returned package.

    What kinds of shipping do you offer? 

    Please note, free shipping is available on orders over $49 in the contiguous USA.

    Domestic U.S. Orders:
    For standard shipping, USPS First-Class is expected to arrive within 3–10 Business Days after your order has shipped. **Please note, due to COVID-19, some carriers are experiencing extended delays.
    1. Orders less than $49, shipping is a flat rate of $6.95.
    2. Domestic orders $49+, shipping is FREE in the contiguous USA.
    3. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are a $15 flat rate.
    4. Orders shipping to USA territories are a $15 flat rate.

    Expedited U.S Orders:
    FedEx Ground/Home - expected to arrive within 1-5 business days after your order has been shipped**Please note, due to COVID-19, some carriers are experiencing extended delays.
    1. For domestic orders, FedEx Ground/Home is a flat rate of $15.
    2. Please note this service is not applicable for PO Box addresses.

    FedEx 2-Day is expected to arrive within 2 business days after your order has been shipped**Please note, due to COVID-19, some carriers are experiencing extended delays.
    1. For domestic orders, FedEx 2-Day shipping rate is a flat rate of $25.
    2. Please note this service is not applicable for PO Box addresses.
