How does Try Before You Buy work?

Love our routines, but not 100% sure you are ready to financially commit until you try it? No problem! :) Simply go to routine of choice, The Essential 8 or The Essential Mix, and begin the journey of building your routine with your shades of choice! Once you have selected all the items for your customized routine, add the routine to your cart via the Try Before You Buy button. You will see the routine appear in your cart for $0. The final step to complete your Try Before You Buy order, comes at checkout at the payment options step! Be sure you to select the payment option called Try Before You Buy via Klarna. And you are all set! Your order will be placed and you paid $0! :) If you love it and wish to keep it, Klarna will charge for the full set on the 30th day. Don’t love it? No worries, just visit our return portal to initiate the return request and we will send you a pre-paid return label to ship back the set to us. Once we physically receive your package, we will stop the payment from going through and only charge you $10 for the shipping and handling of the program!

Am I eligible for Try Before You Buy via Klarna?

To use Pay later you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Try Before You Buy via Klarna is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later, our assessment will not affect your credit rating. PLEASE NOTE: Klarna will only show subject to financial circumstance. How does the payment plan work?

Our Try Before You Buy program is offered through Klarna to all us to offer you the opportunity to checkout with no cost upfront! You can purchase and test drive your routine of choice without any commitment. Once your order has been shipped, Klarna will email you a link to pay and you will be given 30 days before the payment is completed. For more details, please visit Klarna. If you return your routine before the 30 days, we will stop the payment from ever being charged. You will only be charged the non-refundable $10 for the shipping and handling of the program.

Why am I unable to checkout through the Try Before You Buy via Klarna option?

The payment for our Try Before You Buy program is handled through Klarna which is a secured third party payment service provider. It is up to Klarna to approve you to checkout via their payment offering. If you are unable to successfully placed your order through this option, please reach out to their customer service team directly so that they can let you know what the issue might be. It could be as simple as needing to verify your name and address.

How Is the payment sent to me if I keep the routine?

Klarna will send you an email with the payment instructions as soon as we ship out your order!

What happens if my package is returned before the 30th day but not received by treStiQue within that time frame?

Klarna will automatically charge you on the 30th day from your purchase date, but don’t worry! As long as you initiated the return within the 30 days, we will not keep your money. As soon as we receive your package, we will refund you for the routine if we were not able to stop the payment from happening before the 30th day depending on when your package arrives back to us.

What do I need to provide to the checkout via Klarna?

If you want to make a purchase with Klarna, you'll need to provide your mobile phone number and your email address. The mobile number is required in case we need to reach you. All statements will be sent to your email address. It's very important that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so will be liable for delayed payment fees.

Will there be a credit check against me?

Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor trèStiQue run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.

Whats happens if I cancel or return my order before the 30 days?

As soon as trèStiQue's customer service department has accepted & processed your cancellation/return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment.

If you have chosen to Try Before You Buy via Klarna, Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card.

Is my payment information safe?

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by trèStiQue. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

Can I pay before the due date?

How do I know you have received my payment?

If you pay by card, trèStiQue will confirm your order right away. If paying by Pay later, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in at www.klarna.com.

What happens to my statement after returning products?

Once trèStiQue has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed.
